Synchronicity in the Stars

Sat alone outside for a time on Christmas Eve. It was a cold clear night...the sky above filled with stars - so beautiful and peaceful it was.

I found myself thinking of those whom I love who have moved on from this life...those I haven't seen in many of our years.
Finding myself on the edge of another year beginning, I cast a greeting out to those I miss...and held close the cherished memories that illuminate the mirror of our souls and reflect back to us the love that is omnipresent.

At the exact moment I had finished my greeting, a bright and beautiful comet streaked through the western sky. It was so precisely in line with my greeting that it brought tears to my eyes. There could be no more perfect message ... and it brought me true joy.

How wonderful are the things we do not fully understand. How vast is the unknown...how magnificent is all creation.

May you fill the coming year with the unconditional love that is in harmony with the eternal.
