Hi G
Glad to see I was missed been a long interesting journey for me and I am finally feeling like I am coming back to my center. I was recently well not recently been diagnosed as being bipolar , so I have been in and out of the hospital and day programs for the last nine months or so. I missed you all but had to pull back and start the adventure of healing and getting myself in order. For the first time in many years I am starting to feel like myself again though im leary and a bit frustrated with having to deal with all the medicines that I am currently prescribed. Its weighing the good against the not so good.
Unlike before I am not leaving things goto the back burner and pretending that things will just go away. So in combination with my logotherapy, medication, love from my family and my spiritual journey I know this is just a start of another path to take in my life ; perhaps one that I have walked many times before . Just looking for the road signs with a bit more vigilance this time.
I hope to be around here on the forums a bit more if you all don't mind kinda like coming home to close friends.
P.S A friend from a long time ago gave me a message "beware of the orange pill" if i took it right , all I can say is thank you its message stuck with me for a long time , Thanks Sis if ya read this.
