Was sitting at work last night in the hospital and thinking about cleansing the body of harmful Toxins , and then it hit me Can one cleanse the soul? Can the soul pick up toxins ? Are there many ways to cleanse the soul or just a few? Does the soul even need cleansing or is it in a ever perfect state? Just some thoughts would love to hear what you all think.

Peace and Light E.M. Sure one can cleanse the soul. It would be a purging but first one would have to recognize what is disharmonious. That is probably the hardest thing to accept. The mind is it's own worst enemy. Once that is ascertained then one can work on returning to balance. Can the soul pick up toxins?...I think so because in general people tend to absorb and mimic the energy of others like catching a virus. Or one can put up defenses against stress which can be considered toxic because of the side effects you could say. |
