The phrase Ordo Ab Chao has been viewed as a negative perspective by those who desire harmony and growth. But one must ask the question; Can there be growth without obstacles? If you look at life in general history has shown that life... species and civilizations eventually die unless change is introduced, and that result is evolution, adaptation. This news story got me thinking this morning. news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20080410/ap_on_fe_st/indonesia_lungless_frogIn today's modern civilization man enjoys the benefits of technology, life is easier all around. And because of that it seems people in general sweat about the little things more and more. Have you ever gone through a drive through fast food joint and the service is a bit delayed and you notice people in front or behind you get flustered? Some will just pull out drive away and stop perhaps at another fast food joint to wait again. Bill Cosby once said in a comedy bit that people will finally be satisfied when they can drive through non stop and the food is thrown into their cars as they pass the window. So without obstacles man tends to become soft and self obsessed. Man thus needs to be constantly challenged in order for change to occur. Could it be that man's evolution is being brought about and directed somehow? Van Gogh cut off an ear in order to see. People tend to look at accidents. Drama sells big time in Hollywood. Stars are a big ball of chaos.
